A chore that I utterly despise doing is taking out the recyclables for a multitude of reasons.
For instance, I have to tediously separate any aluminum soda cans from the recycling bin into a trash bag so that we can deposit it into the recycling plant for money.
I also hate emptying out the recyclables because you have to make several trips back to the house to fully remove all of the recyclables since each cardboard box, bottle, plastic container, and aluminum tray is so irregularly shaped that you cannot fit all of them into one crate.
I especially despise when a few of the containers and bottles are not fully emptied, resulting in a vile cocktail of various liquids that smells potent and drips all over my shoes and pants.
What adds onto my dislike to moving the recyclables is that emptying them into the bin produces a cacophony of shattered glass, scraping cardboard, and clattering aluminum trays that pierces my eardrums.
Worse still is the fact that the bin itself is sat alongside the garbage and green-waste bins. Both of which produce a scent that offends my nostrils as well as making it a lot harder to move an already cumbersome bin filled with recyclables.
